Important Note

For the purposes of the Governance Committee elections, prospective candidates (nominees) and eligible resource members are required to use the following two template nomination letters when submitting their candidatures: one to be completed by the first nominating organisation and the other by the second nominating organisation.

In both instances, the nominator (whether the proposer or the seconder) must be a duly authorised officer of the respective organisation.

- The nominator is required to submit a supporting letter as per the Template (PDF)
- The seconder is required to submit a supporting letter as per the Template (PDF)
