Host an AFRINIC Event

AFRINIC invites Internet-related bodies and IT stakeholders within the AFRINIC service region (Africa and the Indian Ocean) to submit their interest in hosting one of the following meetings:

  • AIS 2027 and AFRINIC-39 - 21 - 25 June 2027
  • AFRINIC-40 - 29 November - 1 December 2027
  • AIS 2028 and AFRINIC 41    - 19 - 23 June 2028
  • AFRINIC-42 - 29 November - 1 December 2028
  • AIS 2029 and AFRINIC 43 - 18 - 22 June 2029
  • AFRINIC-44  - 28 - 30 November 2029
  • AIS 2030 and AFRINIC 45 - 17 - 21 June 2030
  • AFRINIC-46 - 27-29 November 2030

About this call. The African Network Information Centre (AFRINIC), AFNOG and the AF* organisations are looking to partner with institutions or organisations willing to be the local host of the Africa Internet Summit. AFRINIC holds two public policy meetings every year. The first is the Africa Internet Summit, run jointly with AFNOG and the other AF* organisations and held in May–June annually. The AIS meeting team is glad to answer any questions you may have about submitting the proposal or the meeting process.
